In a recent poll conducted by a well known consumer reporting agency*, the North Laurel Animal Hospital scored very high amongst area animal hospitals and had the highest scores in Prince Georges County (even though we are in Howard County)!
Hospital patrons were asked to rate their experiences based on 10 dimensions of quality and then the reporting agency assigned each hospital a price index score, a quality rating and a price rating. The study included 216 area facilities.
We are pleased to report that the North Laurel Animal Hospital received high marks in the following categories: Listening to you, arranging to see you quickly, maintaining a pleasant office staff, spending time with you, apparent competence/thoroughness and overall care and advice. We also received a top rating for quality.
